QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Position Overview:

As a Quality Control Manager (QCM) at Rustin LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with federal regulations. This role is critical in maintaining Rustin LLC’s reputation for excellence in construction and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) to meet USACE and NAVFAC standards.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure all construction work adheres to federal regulations.
  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation related to quality assurance.
  • Work closely with project managers and superintendents to resolve any quality issues.
  • Train teams in quality control processes to enhance compliance and performance.

Qualifications:

  • USACE / NAVFAC Quality Control Management certification.
  • Strong knowledge of federal construction standards, including EM 385-1-1 compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs at construction sites.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and NAVFAC standards.
  • Provide safety training to employees and subcontractors to mitigate risks.
  • Investigate and document workplace incidents, ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
  • Maintain site-specific safety plans and conduct safety audits.

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 or 40-hour certification.
  • EM 385-1-1 Compliance Training.

SUPERINTENDENT
